TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE TRIAL

When signing up for a trial, you make an initial $50 payment to come to the trial. As soon as you’ve turned up to the trial and had a follow up conversation with the Teacher Artist we refund the $50 regardless of the outcome. The only commitment you need to ensure is that you actually turn up to the trial. Our team will come prepared to meet you both and will have been briefed on all the information you’ve shared so that we can best look after you and ensure that the trial goes swimmingly. Please read the T&Cs of the trial below before proceeding and booking the trial.

  • A $50 trial deposit per child is taken when you agree to a TRIAL. This is done as a credit card transaction and a receipt of payment will be emailed to you.

  • The trial deposit will ONLY be fully deposited back into your credit card account once you have met the following 2 conditions: a) you have physically turned up to the trial and attended the class, b) you have had a follow up conversation with either our Enrolment Officer or the Teacher Artist the following working day. As soon as this is done, the trial deposit is refunded immediately back into your account with an email confirmation sent.

  • Should you wish to postpone or reschedule your trial, please call the Enrolment Officer and a new date will be arranged. Postponing or rescheduling does not forfeit the terms and conditions of the trial deposit. You still must turn up to the trial and have a follow up conversation in order to be fully refunded.

REGULAR TERM FEES

Our term fees are structured in one of two ways: either paid QUARTERLY ($495) or ANNUALLY ($1980). We use a subscription model which is an easy and safe way of ensuring that term fees are up to date and paid on time to ensure your child doesn’t loose their place in the class. Much like a gym membership or your Netflix account, the fees will come out either every 3 months or every 12 months depending on your choice. Fees are always paid upfront and you will always get 10 weeks of tuition in any given quarterly cycle.
