We are a professional arts organisation and as such, we have a number of pretty important pre-requisites that our team must meet in order to work here but above all else, the new team member must LOVE working with people (and especially young people), have a visible energy and zest for life, be bursting at the seams to help others and of course, you must be great at what you do!

Over the past couple of years we have grown significantly and there are always a number of positions we are looking for within the company. Not all positions require you to work with young people directly but rather support the teachers who work with them, for example account managers & sales and enquiry team. However, every team member must have a current Blue Card. We conduct a full and thorough police check on all our successful applicants.
